Forum reshuffle

Been a little bored tonight, and done some reshuffling of sections - hopefully tidying up the look of the front page of the forum

www.seatcupra.net/forums - I'd be interested in people's point of view

Gets my vote, a much more tidy front end.

Can I suggest Tuning and Modifications becomes Diagnostics, Tuning and Modification. Then move the Vag-Com forums across? In fact all of the Frequently asked Questions section except perhaps Detailing?

Now i have to learn how to drive all over again..... not to mention refreshing AND then scrolling down the page to see the general chat section now (pain in the arse that is i can tell you!)

It does if you have permission for it - i don't so it doesn't .... can it not be invisible for those who don't have access or is that asking too much of the forum software?

Well on the basis it works for less than more .. why not code it out till you decide and put the button somewhere else where those who can use it can see it?

but otherwise tidier,sub sections a bit to light for my liking ,but that's minor.

This time next week, no one will give a flying **** The changes will be accepted.

As long as the forum is here every day, then folks will carry on posting.

Every now and again, things need a re-think, and its about time.

some of us get confused when the supermarket moves things around let alone a forum that we love and care about.

Oh well, it's another excuse to spend time on here so hubby can't moan can he?

While you're at it... can we make the readers rides viewable by members only??

That way the pics/videos are safer to show to members and not joe blogs wanting to steal our rides etc?
