My Old man has a brand new Leon TDCi with the DSG gearbox, and both of us have found that the brake pedal angle is really steep in comparison to the accelerator pedal.
Is there a way to lower the angle so that it is nearer the level of the accelerator pedel, allowing for quicker transfer to and from the pedals?

Good point i always think with the 170 engine

prob the 140 tdi stylance

Spot on. Sorry for the TDCi comment - I'm not upto scratch on my Seats - I'm a Renault driver myself, so I'm doing this as a favour for my dad.

Any ideas though?

Its good to see that everyone is really helpfull on this forum. I think I'll head back to Cliosport, because they actually respond to messages constructivly over there!

i wouldnt go that far mate, you just need to give it time as you have asked a question that not many people would know

not everyone has the chance to come on here every day

Hi mate,

To be honest I don't think that there would be an easy solution to this problem but like most other things, anything is possible with a bit of ingenuity... maybe speak to a fabricator who could bend the existing pedal or attach an extra angled bracket etc to the pedal to get the angle to your spec??? I think whatever you do it will have to be a bespoke solution.

This forum is actually full of really helpful people but im guessing that no one has ever done or had experience of what you want to do, hence the lack of posts.
