engine rough!

Engine is sounding a bit rough at the mo what could this be due to and what ways can i tighten the engine up?

sounds really rattly, especially when pulling away in first!

sounds **** basically, and yea doesnt seem to have the poke it used to

check your fluid levels mate, e.g. water/oil etc.

Check to make sure that your engine hasn't been switched for a 1980s LEC Refrigerator.. had that happen in a Metro once.
