right i have recently fitted these to my LCR but since i have i noticed that when i hit bumps the lights shake, i have checked that the bulbs are in properly and they are fine its the unit inside i think has anyone got any ideas?

It's because they aren't like ordinary filament bulbs. They have an electrode producing an arc, so when you hit a bump the arc jumps momentarily.
Cool, I didn't know that.
I was gonna suggest, maybe check the wiring isnt taught tight through the rear cover, might be pulling on it when you hit a bump if the ballast was too move slightly - this happened with my Toledo.
My Fabia had factory Xenons & they did it.
