Facelift fogs?

Anyone got a picture of what the facelift fogs look like, just want to see what the diffrence is.

Do you actually mean the foglights individually?

They are quite difference and there's no way you could get them to fit on a facelift bumper if that's what you're thinking bud. Believe me. I looked into it.

no matey, its so when I buy a set I know I have the right ones. Someone said the leon ones fit so want to have a look into that.

Yeh the backs are totally different to the prefacelift. I should've taken pictures with my bumper off really to compare. No offence - but Im not taking it off again! HAHA!

It's really no help at all - just wondered if you can see the different shapes from the front on this picture but i doubt it

The newer lights dont seem as circular - look to be a bit more oval. if that makes any sense?

Just trying to help somehow but failing miserably!

I wouldnt have thought they could be that far off tbh. Its up to you bud. You've obviously been told that they fit and I reckon they look pretty much the same so that would suggest they're quite close - if not the same. Depends if you wanna take a gamble. Better than the £100+ from stealers anyway!

They do look much better with the front bumper changed. as you can see from the pic I posted up there ^^^^^^ there's so much more shape to them. And the grills look more aggressive! The only thing is - they dont have mouldings. And with my rear bumper being pre facelift - it does! So doesnt match with the front.

Might get a Cupra rear bumper if one comes along cheap enough but it looks ok for now.

Yours might be different with it being a Cupra bud. I dunno. Pretty sure mine looked like the ones Guiness posted!

I thought they were all the same thats all. There's only one Ibiza fog light on ETKA and it doesnt look like the eBay one. And the Leon one has a different part number on ETKA. Would be good to be able to clear up the fog light mystery tho lol

Just so happens that Guiness is the poor old sod that has to part with the cash to find out the hard way!

That one part number is obviously just for the facelift bumper - not through the full range?

the cupra and old prefaclift share the same fogs, the new facelift bumpers have diffrent fogs.

I did sell the cupra bumper from the 1.2 after I got nailed on that diesel, (compo money came through the other month hence the bumpers ). The cupra bumper wouldnt work on the diesel as it has a SMIC.

I tried 2002 mk4 - 2007 mk4 and all the same

Edit: Ah that explains it then, Guinness...So the DAB etc have the newer ones?
