just bought a F2 rear spoiler.should have it in the next few days.my question is
how are they fitted? does the hatchback need drilling etc?
also how does the original rear spoiler come off?

so how do you block the 3 holes in the rear screen?
also itake it the tailgate is double skinned?
do you need to screw through into the spoiler or does it come with threaded bolts that you just nut up on the inside of the tailgate?

I know that the aftermarket 8v spoiler i bought the tailgate had to be drilled. It comes with threaded bolts that you screw into the spoiler then you put them into the bonnet and nut them up on the inside. You would have to drill a bigger hole on the inside of the tailgate so you can get a socket in to tighten it up.

fitted mine today.just bought two m6 screws job done
going to seal it tomorrow with some clear mastic and ill get some pics up
looks alot better than the standard roof spoiler imho

think mines got the bolts put back in the glass with some sealer in it or a grommet - didnt fit it myself as it was already on

have wondered where that streak in the back window comes from - DOH !!!

yeah ive got to get some gromets for the rear screen

wasnt sure if it was going to look to ott but think it looks better than the standard spoiler and suits it quite well
