The reply i have

ok, there is a problem....

yes i know who makes them, they have passed me onto the company that emailed me - however, they cannot send me any images, so i have gone back to the manufacturer, who after speaking to the main guy it apears that they are not allowed into the UK!!!

so those prices may be wrong :(

but i have a guy in germany who is now trying to act as my buyer! so all is not lost...yet......

it seems like its still a secret at the mo, we will get there in the end !!! patients

Still working on this, im trying to get them through another source!
they are TUV approved, its seat that havent approved them for UK

For my bit thats a whole lot of money for a splitter so I'm in agreement with everyone on that
I got my spoiler from Ebay if anyone wants there user name I will try and get it. It's from a company called Motordrome in Greece been mentioned on here before thats how I found it. They put me onto there Ebay shop it was £85 delivered end of last year. I don't like the factory one and compared to the prices for the one earlier it's a damn site cheaper too! I fitted it myself comes with the bonding just left it overnight, sorted ;)

So they give a press car to PVW to test with a body kit that's not approved by Seat for Uk use, that doesn't give the right impression somehow, mind you, it's a bit like the stainless steel inner sill plates, approved in the rest of europe, but not here, funny, I thought that we are in the EU and that anything that TUV approved was ok to fit...

I've got that Motordrome spoiler fitted, far nicer than the stock item, especially in Zenith grey.... I believe the ebay user name is edrivestore

You got it in one :) It's loads better than the stock one. I think you made a great choice, but I would say that wouldn't I ;)

Tempted. So £83 delivered our money. Any idea on average painting costs?

Scott

I'd say about £50-£70 should do it. Its primed and ready for paint.

Does it come with the bonding stuff? I still have a full tube from doing my skirts. Heard people using windscreen adhesive as it bonds quicker??

I'll get it painted in my work for some beers for the painter.
