Standard duration is not a fat lot.
All specs on elitedubs in bobs forum. Lots of room for improvement. Dropped boost pressure at max turbo flow by a couple of psi, which is about half of what the big port head did.
Small port or big ports on standard cams hit peak flow at 6500 or below.
With aggressive cams, and short runner intakes, the power peak assuming the turbo can flow enough is the rev limiter

I assume you get more cooling air in with top mount application.

Must be similar to my APR kit then except for mounting position and trick manifold??

Nice having 340-350 bhp

Hi Guys, thats a different one :-}

Rolling Road session provisionally booked for the 17th or 21st of this month so I'll get some figures and graphs up.

Car will be back in for a few days this week for a general spruce up of the bay - paint, degrease etc.

got myself a tan this afternoon tig welding it together. Been a long while since I did some Tig... back purged welds full penetration, happy with them. The technique is returning.

3" does go into an ibiza, mk4 is more room.

Tim should get hold of the 1D and 1.5D 3" dairy fittings to save the cut n shut. Nice flowing route and less welding req'd

Out of interest, I was under the impression that the wastegate should discharge with the flow of the exhaust rather that against(ish) like yours?

its discharging @ 90' to the flow, but given there is no space for anything else, this is used by many people without any reported issues. Purist in me agrees with you, practical head says it fits where it touches.
What you dont see inside is a deflector in that little stub pipe to direct flow where I want it downstream. ;) I had given it some consideration. :)
