1st was side by side with an LCR, in gear (6th) acceleration
2nd was behind a mapped LC up a hill.

Reason being I got trounced by a Focus 1.8 TDCi t'other day 70-110 on my private track. 115bhp standard :|

That suprises me considering how much more grunt the Seat would have, I took one of those Focus TDCi's for a road test a few years ago and found it very underwhelming, reasonable in 2nd but apart from the handling the 130 Seats are considerably quicker.
The Fords performance at higher speeds as above I found quite weak and tailed off dramatically. Maybe the Focus had been tweaked in some way.

to rap this one up, i forced my mate with the ibiza up to the essex rolling road today and the outcome was 160.3 bhp and 301.4 ft lb torque and he still says its standard, well the figures prove something now

oh and i hot 193.6 bhp and 322lb ft torque sorry but i telling every one, since my car was mappe with nothing on it i have gained 13 bhp from fmic, green cotton!!! oh an when i matched belsy his car hit 230 bhp today so maybe my figures actually stand up for why i can match a 225lcr up santa pod??might even nip one now!!!
probably start another row but oh well

stage one remap pritty much on a 130 giving 190bhp+ with just FMIC and induction almost seems dreamland, lucky boy. kind of proves tsparks car can achieve 202bhp as he has more mods

Sorry mate no way you have over 190bhp remember, the PD130 turbo's arent good for it.. end of.. la la la cry baby scotty blah blah!

End of the day, your happy with the result! 9bhp out could come down to simply a good batch of diesel for me, a bad patch for you. A good day for my engine, a bad day for yours and so on so forth.

However, scotty still crying that mine cant achieve 202bhp and 358lb.ft made me smile.

Even one of his 'crew' hits above the weight and he still cant believe it. What mods do you have for performance then strugers?
