Sill guards fitted

Thought these may be of interest...they were to me as they were not what I or the dealer was quite expecting to see in the box!

However...turned out to be a pleasant surprise. They are in two parts for each side. First a heavy clear film is applied to to each sill (the film actually covers the outside radius on the edge of the sill) and then the silver panel is applied once dry. This is quite thick and looks able to provide serious impact resistance.

Looks interesting...was looking at sills myself and was going to go for the black ones found at Seat-Factory.de.
If you don't mind me asking how much did they cost you and do you have a part number handy?
