Well, after upgrading all my bulbs to LEDs, my brother decided to do the same with his Megane. However, he went a step further and did his reverse lights. So I decided I had to do mine

So, off to UltraLEDs, and ordered some. Fitted them Thursday evening in Meadowhall car park lol

as you can see, the left one appears crisper (and brighter)

So tyre can not be LEGALY repaired , i,v just had this and cost me 120 notes ( just before x-mas )

checked black circle, and about £77 for a Toyo Proxie T1R!

that £77 supplied IIRC. Luckily though, a mate of mine works at National Tyres across road from JBS. He'd done my bros in the past. My bro ordered tyres to our, took em to national, gave him a tenner and he puts em on.

Unfortunately, national dont deal with Toyo. According to my mate who works there, he said they're crap cos they only last 2000 miles lol

IMO, they are great tyres, grip like f00k in the dry, however, i've done a bit of understeering and even spun in 3rd earlier with TCS ON!!!

Deffinately need to look for some winter wheels & tyres for next year!

I was thinking about it, but it'll either look cool, or really ****. Have a feeling that if i got LED rear sidelights, they may look pink.

The led's look wicked mate i bet your brother loved fitting the front bulbs dint he as you have to remove the front bumper on a megane to change bulb dont ya lol! so what exactly have you put the led's in thenjust rear of indacators ? nice car m8

Thats a harsh price for the tyres mate, we got 2 supplied an fitted on the miss's car for £120

LEDs are no in the following places

Boot
Interior Light
"Map" Light
Sidelights
Number Plate
Reverse

Don't think I'll do the rear sidelights or rear indicators. I know there are red LED bulbs available, but they will either look good or pink lol.

Myki, as for tyres, been told today can get a Toyo Proxe T1-R for £55 plus VAT. So works out at £63.25. Not bad IMO

oh, and still waiting for rear stut brace (Mr_D)

and should have FMIC on order in new year. Could order now, but will wait for xmas to be over
