you dont list what mods you got at the moment to give you 210bhp apart from a stage 1,

i want to go down the same lines as you and ben told to fit the following first:

3"Down pipe
de cat
fmic
induction kit
forge 007 DV

but also been told that a well set up stage 1 car is as good as a stage to car

hope this helps a bit i'm sure others will be along to advise better than me

The company in Jersey called Enigma Automotive said all i need is air filter and full exhaust.

What about uprated FPR?

And a FMIC was on the shopping list but dont no wether to do exhaust first.

revo stage 2 u will need a 4bar fpr

fmic and turboback exhaust is a must

And also he said you can get good Bhp out of Ko3 but seeing as there is only 4 Cupra's over here and only 2 of them modified mine and a mates i know he aint got any experience with the Ibiza so not really sure i should trust them.

wrong - was never fitted to Ibiza Cupra R

And Passat turbo's won't fit - the engines are longtudinal

Was about to say thought i had been done with my cupra r only having a ko3, thank goodness for that.

You only actually need a turbo back exhaust, filter and a 4bar.

So what you´re saying phil is that a k03 and k03s runs similar with stg2 remap, if both running turboback, 4bfpr and bigger filter. Where does the ekstra power gain come from that I read on here, all by the fmic???

Do they spool the same and why not just go ko4 with s3 injectors, maf, 4 bar fpr, fmic etc etc.

And why does everyone favour the ko3s over any other turbo.

Sorry for all the questions just there's loads of mixed answers.

Max wou will get out of a k03 is 220bhp but you gan get 240bhp out of the k03s and it has better spool.
K03s is a straight swop for k03 but the k04-023 you will need mani and a different down pipe aswell as larger intake pipework.

So its not that hard to go ko4 then if you basically just takeit all from a tt or s3 and does anyone no how much bhp the ibiza can take before you do serious damage to the engine
