Cd player

Hi, just going to fit a new cd player to my mk1 leon. I had the 1.4 version before my cupra and i had a cd player i put into it and it would loose all memory when the key was out. Someone said this was due to the constant live wire not being connected. Does anyone know if a wireharness will fix the problem or will i have to re-wire the plug? Any help would be great.

You usually need to switch the yellow and red leads on the ISO connector with aftermarket head units to solve this problem.
