got my hids today 55w 6000k i fitted them earlyer tonite and wow they are awesome such a big difference[B)] a definate mod for anyone who dosent have them but i keep getting flashed by loads of people its quite annoying lol i nearly got the 8000k but im glad i didnt beacause the 6000k are quite blue anyway

adjust ya headlights or better still use some with a decent light pattern

you will soon get used to it, i find the best way to releive the anger is to aim your fogs stupidly high and then wire them into your main beam. when you flash them back they are properly blinded haha

i never get flashed with mine, like flapper said, adjust then down a bit

[:@]i ordered mine off of diane shop on ebay 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived [:@] anyone know how long they take to come?

Hi mate

Ive got 6000k hids and to be honest i dont really get flashed.

As soon as i got them i went to my dads garage and has them aligned so the the correct aligned ment was on level 1. That way i can put them up to 0 if im in the lanes or down to 3 if i have a full car. I normally drive round with them on 2 and i dont have any problems.

They are still well bright :D

Hope that helps

ive just got home from work and my hids were here from diane shop, they are 35w 6000ks. is there much difference between the 35's and 55's? also it doesnt state what fitment they are, i obviously ordered h7 but where can i find it in the box or product?anyone have any experience with theses?
thanks
sorry for throwing this in your thread cupra drew!

I took my headlights off the car to fit mine to make sure they were fitted correctly and they're perfect level. Check obvious things like the metal clip is clicked in properly so there's no movement with the bulb etc. Also pull up to a wall and check the beams are at the same height so you get an idea if they're out. Failing that, as said, take it to a garage to be aligned properly.

got them from an english seller on ebay 60 quid inc p&p quality kit and my headlights are set fully downwards must be the cheshire folk lol

i think you mis understood! he didnt mean adjust them from inside the car!
you can also adjust them at the head lamp itself using a beam setter!
if you already knew that just tell me to shut up! :cartman:
