what do i need to replace....

iv just this minute bought some AP coilovers and iv got a ibiza cupra tdi with 67000. what will need replacing when i get my mate to fit them?

The top mounts i think it is on the car will most likely need replacing im not 100%

I could do with some of these for my 20VT, think mine are knackered at the off side, need to get them replaced if anyone has the part number, not sure if it is the same as the pd130 one's which are

top mounts – 6Q0412331B
top mount bearings – 6N0412249C

Anyone confirm?

dealers if you want standard ones. will cost around £70 for the lot

i got mine from the forum sponsers here......seres motors, Top mounts i think i was £8 each, cant remember the price of the bearings!

shorter drop link are needed with some kits apparently

and as said top mounts but prices should be around

6Q0412331B front strut top mounting (2 required at 9.23 each plus VAT)
6N0412249C front strut top bearing (2 required at 7.95 each plus VAT)

Yep...forgot bout that....they are need for the 6L chasis..

them prices may well be out dated I have not bought them myself them number are copied form another old thread, I keep a list of future mods/part numbers I need, sad I know!

top mounts dealers, or get a garage to do it for you!

You can also get the top mounts from eurocar parts, or if your from the newcastle / sunderland / durham area you can have some brand new ones still in boxes for free if you can collect them! (to fit 130 tdi)

ok well cheers for the help, i'll have a word with me mate whos a mechanic see what he says. Hes the one that is fitting the coilovers anyway and he has already said hes going to check everything before he fits them, so he might be able to sort some out for me.
