Pipe - Fuel Rail

i got a rubber pipe leading to the fuel rail starting to split which obviously aint good! is it easy to swap? or will fuel piss out?
also where can i get a replacement pipe from?

u can get braided fuel line for injection systems. company by me wants £9 meter and about £4 for the jubilee type clips for the ends. will look alot better. and yeah you will get fuel come out of it. remove feul cap first as this will be pressurise the system and you wont get so much. bottom hose is the return so you should get hardly any from that!

Whilst you have the pipe off, don't switch the ignition on and also don't open the drivers door.

i understand the ignition but why not open the door ..

Something to be mindfull of if working on the fuel system.

As you dont have to wait for a glow plug light etc on a petrol they do the prime on the door so its ready by the time you have got the keys in the ignition.
