have you got to take the head of to do the valve steam oil seals? and do the seals go on these's engines??? thanks guys

See RobDon's thread in readers rides section, he has just done his on his LC.
Check the spark plugs for evidence of oil etc

You can buy an on car valve spring compressor, you need the adaptor and a compressor to pump compressed air into the cylinder to keep the valve in place, your best off removing the head and replacing al of them its easier in the long run.
