Seems like I'm always buying screen wash with petrol lol!

I actually have some screen wash strapped up in my boot

Yes, if you have headlight washers it`s 4.5 litres.

Now this is more like it - anyone done the swap or know if the 4.5 ltr bottle will fit any car ?

A few people have put Polo washer bottles on.

Why spend the time and effort putting a smaller one on? :S not gonna save much weight is it?

I thought the 4.5 ltr was a bigger one ?? - I have never got 4.5 ltrs in to my washer bottle

The 4.5 ltr probs is the Polo bottle. So It's probs 4.5 too.

They apparently bolt straight in place where the old one goes, so I reckon it is that bottle.

I find that if i run out of water/windowwash on the motorway (and i do loads of motorway miles)
the best tactic is to get behing a big 40 ton lorry and bathe your windscreen in its spray for a few minutes. Wipe and overtake! No washer bottle required!

mine tends to last about 2months on frequent use, but im lucky as i do have the bigger bottle for the headlamp washers

Checked mine today - from completely empty I can only just get 2.5 ltrs in to it.

Anyone know the part number of the larger bottle (4.5 ltr I think) ?

And a price if known ?
