Window Dropped into Door - Regulator Kit

Window dropped into the door today, got all the panel off etc and having looked on a few threads got a regulator repair kit for a VW Golf as I was running out of time (garage opening hours) and the VW dealer is 10 mins away as opposed to Seat which is 30.

Basically same as this one:

Doesn't fit The depth of the runners is deeper on the golf so the new metal parts won't go on - I can't believe they made such a tiny change between the 2 cars!

So I'll have to take the one I got back to VeeDub.

Question is, do Seat do the kits too?

Vw will be able to get you a seat one as they should have the parts catalogue for Audi skoda seat aswell. I have bought loads of seat parts from my local vw dealer because it was closer. Should be no problem for them.

Cheers chap, I can get to Seat tomoz no probs, just hoped they did the same version of the kit as cash is a bit limited at mo to get a garage to replace the whole thing!

Cheers, managed to get one from ECP £62 all in
