2010 Cupra R Rear Spoiler ...

Anybody know if these are available to purchase from Seat ? I think they look really smart, and not as OTT as the one on the BTCC kit !

If yours has a spoiler, then most likely, yes. Maybe looks bigger as its black and the angle of that picture gives a shadow. In reality its a lot smaller than the pre face lift spoiler, and in my opinion, not as nice.

Not unless the aero kit spoiler was added to the car, more than likley yours will be just the standard facelift boot lid.

Hmmm i'm fairly sure that's not the same as on mine, let me get a photo from above to compare.. it's like mine is missing a bit !

It would seem mine's just the normal bootlid with no spoiler, but the only when I can see in the Seat accessories pack is the BTCC one, what a ball ache!

Yep yours is just the boot without spoiler.

Ah, thankyou, that looks so much nicer than the old one !

Like mentioned above, the only differance with the LCR is the spoiler is painted a contrasting colour to the car.

When I had my old VTS years ago I knew everything there was to know, now, I haven't a bloody clue about my Leon !

The roof spoiler and maybe even side skirts should really come as standard on the FR and cupra in my opinion.

However, the rear of the Cupra R is nicer than the Cupra. The valence and twin exit exhaust is a nice touch along with the spoiler. The front is missing something though - it looks gawky and awkward from the front.

I agree, perhaps some sort of splitter should have been designed to give it a lower, meaner look, the pre-facelift front still looks better!

No, they havent done much to make the cupra R look special at all, same with the cupra, to make a noticable difference between the cupra - fr though, i agree the cupra should come with skirts and spoiler standard, just makes it look a bit meaner, i had to shop around for months looking for a cupra with just spoiler and side skirts. Plenty of k1's though.

Bit of an update on this one... just returned from my local main dealer.. spoke to a lad in the parts dept. and pointed to the spoiler on the (very nice) Cupra R that was sat awaiting a lucky new owner to pick it up....

He said it wasn't available to order unless it was going on a Cupra R.. but he would check and get back to me... that he thought only the BTCC spoiler (with the gap in the middle) was available as a part for the FR...

Bit bewildered now ?!
