Ground Nut Oil (Tesco's) £2.87 for 1litre
people have been using Boiled Linseed Oil for a while, but it STINKS and is quite flammable and can be a b*tch to take off paintwork
this stuff is awesome, it will last 2-3months, and the litre bottle will last you soooo long
all you need to do is, apply with cloth/tissue/whatever, then take off excess, then buff off, done
simple as that
