little rob remembers fondly of this monster lol i hear yours is a bit quick! ;) he has quite a vast knowledge of the abf does our mini man!

did you much port polishing donw on the 1.8 head, and how much did they charge for the whole lot? and what sort of power is it pushing?

Not sure if it's a 1.8 head.... know the ABF & 1.8 head are the same apart from around the dizzy cap area, had the head when I first did the cams at Stealth Racing! (That's where I had the head from) Know it was from the "man in the shed" and that's it really.

Cost... surely your mate could give you a rough cost that throttle bodies and set up would be. It's pusing not far off 210bhp.

hm that sounds about right for a bodied abf, yeah will get on to him, hes a lazy bastad and not picking the phone up, never mind ill find out in other ways! oh what brakes are you running btw?

probably not adjustable in car, be too much going on at full chat!
more likely pipes to gas/hydraulic pots for cooling to keep damping consistent

Yea it is something like that... alter the amount of gas/hydraulic pressure for the "bounce" & "rebond" of the shocks. Much more advanced than Bilstein B16 PSS9 Coilovers!
