Liquid Gauge for my Leon TDI 150

Looking for some help / advice

I fancy buying a Liquid Gauge for my Leon FR TDI, been reading up and not sure of a couple of points.

It says that diesel ECUs have limits and if your car generates more torque than 303 LB-FT it will not display the correct values. Not sure how much torque mine has as standard people I have spoke to seem to say its around the 300 mark not sure. I am planning on a remap soon so would this likely push the car over the 303 LB-FT. It also mentions if your car consumes more air than the MAF limit it will not give accurate values The site I'm looking to buy from is racediagnostics.com

If any one has any advice or has one installed and could let me know how it works that would be good. I know not all features will work but the ones that do would like them to be accurate.

Also looking for a Carbonio CAI but can only find them for the mk2 leon any one know where i could order one for my car.

Thanks

Cheers

I wanted a device that wasnt interfering with my iphone as i make bluetooth calls and use the tomtom on it.

Makes sense I use sat nav daily on mine,

probably going to order one just want to make sure if i spend over £200 that it will function correctly after a re-map if I do end up with more than 300 lb-ft

Hi ya parkers says the FR has 236 lb-ft of torque on standard.

http://www.parkers.co.uk/cars/specs/Detail.aspx?deriv=29034

So should be ok when standard, not sure when mapped though.

I have a liquid that i might be getting rid of soon. Once you have 15 posts, pm me your email address if you are interested.
