Worthwhile things to do on Vagcom

Guys and girls, a mate of mine has vag com, fully registered etc. We're trying to compile a list of things that would be worthwhile doing with it from which, we could search on here, ross tech etc to find out how to do them.

Currently the only thing on our list is the alarm chirp, and the coming home feature (if possible) is there anything else that we should/could do? We both have 1.6's btw

auto locking after you start to drive - i like that one
alarm chirp
maybe opening windows with remote? need to try to do it on mine

Thanks Johny, auto locking is already switched on, and as far as I know the windows thing can't be done with vagcom I could be wrong though!

yes its different.
not a bad idea to set the alarm to something else so you know its yours when it goes off.

Lee you were up early! Many, many thanks for that link its saved onto my laptop now. I'll give it a good read over. Couldn't open it in chrome though.

Now just to look at throttle bodies ...I'm lost already lol but I'm reading this to enlighten myself.

Is it possible to "obtain" a copy of vcds too? Or are they pretty good at making you pay for it!?
