Thats not good mate. My arms and forhead hurt sunday evening but were ok monday. Would you beleive when my misses got home, her ankle had swollen 3 times it size. Went to Worcs A & E at 8pm and was there till 6.30 am!! Back in monday afternoon and this morning

Well the rear bumper's now prep'd and ready to be painted. Took about an hour to get the dents out but came up trumps especially for the money!
I am picking up my parts tomorrow and am so excited! Am collecting the following :
LCR Front bumper
LCR Skirts
LCR Wheels
LCR Brembo's
LCR Black roof lining
LCR Black plastic's and pillars
LCR Black mirror and grab handles and sun visors.
I will get pics up as soon as I have unloaded the car

Indeed it does. Me and Tom done a mock up of fitting the new bumper tonight, doesn't look like the exhaust will need moving it's a perfect fit!
Going to be a very busy couple of weeks
Will be well worth it though

My black LCR plastic bits.
New roof lining.
Really over the moon! Got some work to do on the bumper, the brembo's need a refurb and skirts need painting but I'm all up for a bit of work.
Im gonna refurb the alloy's too thinking maybe a dark gun metal. Dont want gloss black but do want dark grey!

Haha no I'm afraid I've already gotthe wrap to do the diffuser on the rear bumper carbon effect too. It's just a wrap the person I got it from applied.
Well Ive cleaned the Brembo's today......they need a refurb!
I've cleaned the wheels today and guess what......they need a refurb too! Whoever painted them before painted over brake bust and tar so its lifting all over the place. Not to worry just means I can do them how I want
