Right, I have 9 of these clips that go into the tailgate that holds the strings up, mine had snapped so Dave at SERE motors has kindly sent me 10 and I only need one, if any of you guys want me to send you one for your Leon, PM me and ill chuck one in the post for ya, 1st come 1st served though, theyre FREE, just send us an sae.

Just to clarify, its not the strings that i have, just the clips, push the splayed end into the hole in trim and then push the pin through so that it pops into place, picture of one here with pin extended

Funny, my 2002 SE did have the retracting strings, but my 2004 LCR doesnt. Weight saving exercise maybe!?!
