This is what I've done with mine. Same rollers, 5 times (so far).

I wouldn't worry about it too much mate. I'm sure she's making more power with those mods or it's a boost leak. Or c**p rollers.

Just need to find a decent dyno setup around my way to constantly run on. Have you got the full version of Vagcom? if so were did you get it from?

Would love to mate but its a bit of a trek from Newcastle just to get the car on the rollers.

i would conisder it though mate any problems they can sort it on the day you can go back knowing one trip down is alll you need perhaps stay in a travel lodge for one night

your car would be setup perfectly then for good

AMD run fans right up close proper way and they let run for ages so the car is nice and cool before commencing the run with bonnet up

Bonnet was only up for the final run, it made more power on the second run (must have been to hot by then)

Lol 'celebs' that is funny mate haha, I'm very far from a celeb!

But yeah, plan a weekend away on the AmD RR SCN day, then I can check your car out and you can go on the same rollers with alot of other LCR's. I think there's going to be quite a few LCR's at the next RR day going by the attendee list and interest.

Maybe in the future. I'm in for a promotion at work, If I can manage to get it I'll be quite a bit better off financially each month. A trip down your way may have to be on the cards.

Dastek are the most accurate dyno's about from what i have read, think badger 5 uses 1?

Cant wait for the cable turning up now. Looks like I'll need to do alot of reading up so I've got a good idea of what I'm looking at. Anyone in the know keep an eye out for any threads I post in the MK1 Leon section for help in the near future

Well you don't factor tyres into it. I don't mean it'll be a million miles apart but in terms of factors to take into account it may make a difference.

As long as people use the same rollers (and decent one's) that is the best way to like for like gains.

get yourself up to AMD RDS like the others have suggested, they all make very, very good figures up there.
On ther other hand the vagcom will give you a more truthful indication and highlight any week points. REVO is vey good especially with the SPS. Find someone who can log and knows the way around the sps and you'll gain horses for sure.
220g/sec is very good for a stage 2 LCR. I haven't seen any stage 2 breaking into the 230 g/sec region to even indicate that their up in the reliable 290's yet.
So if we assume the AMD guys are arouind 285bhp (which is a very respectable figure) and you are around 270 bhp with a few sps tweaks i recon you could knock on the door of a true 280 bhp which will read about 290 at AMD.
One thing in AMD's favour though is if it is state of the art cooling in their cell, that may add a few ponies based on that, i'd like to run on there to see what they make.

Rich, 260bhp from a stage 2 k04 on a Dyno Dynamics roller is about what I'd expect.

7200rpm limiter is correct for the 1.8T mate.

Cheers Willy, I would love to go down AMD but its not possible funds wise at the moment. Hopefully having a play with the SPS will have a positive effect.

Thanks Damo, if 7200rpm is correct why did they tell me otherwise at PD Tuning, very iffy service if you ask me. I'm hoping to make the next Motoscope one thats arranged. If so we should definately meet up and convoy down.

They said 7200rpm was to late and it should redline around 6800rpm. Supposedly due to this it was holding the power down early on within the rev range. Then they offered to tweak my map settings for £50!
