Face Lift Bumper Grilles

I'm sure this has been covered before but cant remember who by and cant find it by searching..

I want to know how to remove the side grilles to expose the fog lights. I want to cover them with lamin-x film, i dont need to remove the fog light altogether as i'll be able to do what i want with them in place. I remove the phillips head screws from the grilles yesterday but they didnt seem to want to budge and i didnt want to force them in case i broke something.

I know Pat removed the grille and fog on his Cupra build but i cant find that thread now or how he said it was done.

Any helpers ??

where do you get the film from?

As for grill removal, I also have a thread open, on the pre-facelift there is one screw which you can see if you look from the front, then just pop it out.

The F/L has the screw visible from the front but even with that removed they are still pretty solid.

Going for the yellow mate... thought about the smoked but not convinced it will sit well witht he colour of the car
