Its different to a wot box, have a read of the description

Wot box is for clutch-less gear changing and holding boost through gear changes, plus launch control

This is different

Its a rev limiter that still allows fuel to go through by not cutting fuel at higher rpm's, giving bang bang and flames at high revs

They sound mad on tuned jap cars, never seen one fitted to a seat though

Are you sure your not thinking of a wotbox

I cant see how this can do anything to engine internals

Its just a rev limiter which allows fuel to go in and ignite

At worst maybe the extra heat could potentially cause long term stress on the turbo/manifold due to the heat but engine internals shouldnt suffer surely.

Its says additional wiring may be needed if you have an aftermarket ecu, works on standard ecu

Some addional wiring may be required if using in conjunction with an aftermarket ECU

I thought it could allow gear changes without the clutch aswell as not having to lift off the gas?

Seen yanks on youtube doing that

As far as I'm aware it's the activation of the clutch switch that triggers the ignition cut taking the load off of the engine/transmission to allow WOT shifting.

Oh right my bad than

This does look interesting and from what ive seen alot of people only buy wot box for the bangs and launch control and to show off lol

This bee r limiter could be a safer way to get that i can see it becoming popular once a few people bite the bullet and buy one

apart from those who suffer engine damage...

did'nt a guy on here explode his engine the 1st time he used it?

full throttle, abrupt off loading with an ign cut, and back on again?
think about the stress's involved and ask yourself will my Standard engine cope with this?
