i just want refinement so much now, its bugging me :)
suppose its just a natural progression moving onto something with similar power but with a smoother ride etc etc blah blah.

good luck with everything. getting on the properly ladder is an important step too:)

will check out the audi sport site.

I've heard the S3 isn't a massively comfy ride from the reviews on the parkers site. I was after the leather, bose etc but if it can't be done next year I won't do it. Over-stretching finances isn't my thing. There's loads of people with cars they don't technically own who will be living at home by the time there 35! I don't want to be one of them :)

Cheers mate! I'm sure I'll love getting a mortgage one day...

Audi-sport is where you want to be for the S3 info or give AmD a call about upgrades if you are going down that route. I saw they completely transformed a standard one into a stage 2+ monster with all the top draw upgrades in a day only a few days ago. They are awesome cars but I'll only get one if I financially can.

All the best with it dude.

Looks good mate, reason I'm staying Forge TIP is that adaptor on the B5 - hope the SFS does better for you mate.

In my opinion you have to get on the property ladder if you can, rates are low - sub 1% now from the banks and a great time to get moving if you have the right deposit down.

S3 is awesome motoring though but your own place should be top of the list if it's the right time for you.

Looking sweet mate. So we running the same height now? ;)

Must be close now bud ;)

Will have to meet soon and compare! I don't want it silly low like rubbing territory. I think it's as far as it can be now tbh while remaining useable and not losing the handling of the car :)

I think it will work better for me. Maybe my turbo is very slightly different and that's why the adapter is playing up. Who knows. But the SFS fits like a Forge down at the tubby so it should be fine :)

Indeed it is, deposits are not easy to build up when you have an LCR either! But it'll be much cheaper to finish the LCR early next year than buy an S3 and probably start all over again. I couldn't have one without going stage 2+ = not cheap!

Priorities I guess!

FFS who taught you to bay park? EPIC FAIL... ;)

Lol I know :) I have parked like that there before though infact it was worse. More like the car was over 2 spaces...

Cheers for the comment :) I'm really happy with the exterior now, especially now she's lower. Hopefully give her a good clean this weekend coming..

Looking good Tom, loving the new wheels works perfectly with the Platinum.
Where did you get your smoked side repeaters from if you don't mind me asking.

I tend to agree about the wheels, really suits the car well and finished it off nicely now..

Side repeaters I think were on ebay..

I'll have a look for you and if I can get the link I'll give you a pm buddy.

Thanks Tom, I'll have a look on the bay see if I can spot them. Your ones seem to match the headlights pretty well.

You still toying with the idea of an s3? Would be ashame to get rid of her after all you have done but I know where your coming from with the s3....lovely cars.

Sorry mate can't find them had a quick look earlier, I'll have a search through my emails tomorrow, that could take a while lol.

I would like an S3 mate but it comes down to money and if it means not getting a mortgage for a fair bit longer I will leave it and finish the LCR off with some new stuff :)

Gave the car a quick scan tonight and the boost leak code is back.. The base of this TIP I can hear hissing on idle, so not ideal.

SFS one should be on next week then we'll have another blast/scan.. I reckon it will sort it personally!

It's the adapter plate by the turbo mate it's just a bad fit to my turbo sadly!

New SFS one is ordered into amd I'm over there next week will leave it with them while I Xmas shop lol. I'll post up in here how the car is after. I'm thinking it'll be fine! Cars speed isn't helped by running **** fuel at the mo she hates it. Shell was closed down near me and not re-opening for another month so she's been running rubbish stuff I've put in some proper cr@p fuel mate not good need some v-power in her fast! Lol.
