Let me know what you think!

PS - please don't turn this into one of those debates about it being a 1.9 with FR bumpers, I wen to the effort of removing the FR badge from the bumper and filled the holes before vinyling over it as I'm well aware it's not an FR!!!

Cheers, Greg.

Great pics Greg, thanks for posting. Missed the door trim wrap when I was looking at your car today! Like the gloss black contrast, got some black vinyl left from the roof so might give it a go myself.

Thought your car looked awesome, your hard work has really paid off mate!

Aw you car looks mint. I love the white and black look you got going on. did you just wrap the door trim? no need to sand it down? is it got the pimples/rough on still?

Also you could get the cupra pillars next they would go awesome on your car.

Thanks again Dave! Was really good to meet a fellow candy white owner with good taste! The door trim is SUPER easy, just pop them off with a flat blade and apply straight over the top and stretch round the corners, I didn't even need to apply heat! So simple and effective as it matches the gloss black bits on my headunit.

Thanks buzz! My vinyl was quite thick so it hid the texture without sanding. Id love to get some of those pillar covers but they cost a bomb, definite possibility though I think they'd finish it off nicely.

I really like it :) is it the pre fl with FL bumpers?

Wish mine was white now lol :(

Thanks mate, it was FL to start with. Did you have any luck finding your Cupra bumpers?

Seen a couple of white Cupras with gloss black roofs and they looked great. Makes the car look smaller than it actually is, which I quite like.

Yeh I agree, just unsure whether it would be too much black?

Think it would be just enough. If you did the bonnet as well, then it would be too much. Just the roof looks cool.

Ones I've seen were identical to this. Pre FL but gives you an idea.

It does look really good! Maybe photoshop it first to see what I think.

The first was a bit fiddly but once i knew what to do the second one took 30mins max
i am gonna do it again with the new seat

Do they come with instructions? And do you remove the whole handle assembly?

mine didn't have the instructions but there are how too's on here! all you have to do is remove the door car. unclip the locking mechanism and pull the rubber out from around the handle then start to unscrew it. If i can do it anyone can do it, just take your time and just keep looking for screws as theres always one that you forget. i was left with a spare screw haha but theres that many holding it on one isnt gonna make a difference

I now have the cupra bumpers n the rear has parking sensors installed which is a bonus lol plus i have the dual remus exhaust which requires me to template the rear diffuser on the other side but hopefully my gge will sort it out at a reasonable cost. Going next week to get some fitting quotes for the lot.

Sweet mate! Make sure you get some pics up afterwards!
