any recomendations ? what about APEX ?

APs are quite popular around that price range.

Also keep an eye on ebay for some bargins. I picked up set of eibach coilovers only used for 2 months for £300! bargin!

Cupra R stuff wont fit the Cupra.

Id say the Weitec's out of those two, higher quality IMHO
