Get a stage one remap first, looking at 300-400. I had an ECS dog bone mount fitted and it really helps with the wheel hop when setting off at high speeds, this was 80 fitted. as for places to go I dont know any where near North Wales, sorry

As above Dogbone mout is a good upgrade , my 210 has custom code remap 007 valve, piper cat back and Jetex filter and that's it so far the map and exhaust where already on the car and it's meant to be runnin around 240-250 bhp and 280-290 ft/lb of tourque , not been rolling roaded but that's what the previous owner told me
