There is no point what so ever in taking he gear box out and not replacing it with a new clutch why have double the labor cost

Save up do it properly nick said your gay if you don't
You'd hate to spend another 6 hours labour doing the clutch 10k down the line especially if your tracking it!
Box off = do clutch
The awesome clutches are rated quite highly but I've had no experience.
I can only speak highly of the SouthBend clutch in mine. Welcome to have a drive in the spring if you haven't had yours done by then???
The gears are very easy to DIY align if you want me to talk you through?
I got mine from the USA (where they are made) was about a grand afaik
Yet piece of cake from above
Tom I'd rather leave the box and diff sitting in the garage untill you can afford a new clutch rather than fit it with your old clutch.
Gear linkage reset is a doddle. Involves removing the battery and tray though so that'll mean a trip to AMD for you Tom

The battery needs to come out cos unless you have the hands of a small woman you'll never reach past it to get to the locking pin on the box.
Only teasing about needing to go to AMD for that bit btw, no offence meant
Dead easy, half hour job tops. Chop chop lad
Do you have a shortshifter? And did it eliminate/reduce notchy changes once done?
