Dpf delete and egr delete

can anybody recommend me a good company that goes a really good job with the dpf delete and ecu....and if any company does the egr delete and ecu work in kent/essex/london area

Not had mine done yet but a few seem to speak well of P.Torque.

Cant find the thread but he had a 2.0TDi up at 205hp with dpf delete

dont really know if it would be better to jsut have my standard egr turned down or jsut go for the delete or blanking plate

Based on the fact that the DPF will need replacing regardless of how well you treat it and the fact that they are the wrong side of £1000 to replace - I am getting rid of mine and at the same time getting the egr deleted and upping the power.

Total quote was around £600 drive in drive out for the complete job.

180hp can be had WITH dpf still in place

205hp can be had WITHOUT the dpf.

I was looking at the dpf and egr delete with mild remap to give 185hp and better fuel economy

I agree but that will fail an MOT now.

The obvious modification of exhaust and emission components could get you a fail.

Having it electronically deleted is not visible to an MOT tester.

Same with the dpf delete - the box remains - the guts have been removed.

hi i got my dpf removed in london by a company called bodyteq i paid £425 including a power and economy remap job was done in a few hours i can dig out the number for you if you need it or you can search then online they have a website

What engine is yours VAS ?

How have you found the car since the dpf delete ?

Have you had an MOT since the dpf delete ? - was there any comments about it ?

mines 2.0 tdi
i have had no problems so and yes got my mot done last 2 weeks ago passed no problem like the company said it would

What were the emissions numbers on the MOT printout ?

What is the visible smoke like since the dpf delete ?
