The Leon I is a Toledo II with the boot removed, hefty strengthening inserted round the opening and a hatchback tailgate hung on it. It's heavier than a Toledo and less stiff . . . but the same seats fit both cars.

looking nice, also looking at some toledo memory seats for my leon, is there any wiring involved or just the airbag connector to provide the power?

You need to provide a power connection and to make sure the airbag connector plugs in. You won't get the seat position memory function unless you've also got the convenience module from the donor car and all the wiring looms.

Thanks for the advice, is the basic wiring just to power the seats expensive & hard to install? Where does the memory function need to be wired to? I'm sure that there is an option on vcds to enable it? Well I think I've come across it before

litcan91, did you get an answer to your wiring Q? Thinking of investing in some Toledo seats with memory and want the lot to work.

I did I don't remember what it was tho mate as I didnt go forward with the seats, I think you can wire them up for movement etc, but you can't use the memory option

Switches look cool. happy about losing the cup holder cos it's pants where it is but need somewhere to put my coffee. I'm making my car fit for regular trips to Shouth(ish) France.:D:D Love that French caffe man! Windows already tinted. I bit too much if I'm honest but will be thankful on said trips. New interior also gives me chance to do PS2 slim line installation with minimal fuss and time on my hands to not mess it up!
