The standard electric black leathers can be picked up between £200-£300, the R32 Konigs normally go for £800-£1200 depending on condition. I done alight with mine for £700. its alot of money but they are by far the comfiest seats ive sat in. can do a 4 hour drive and get out with no back or leg ache what so ever.

theres a set on ebay for £1100, but way too overpriced given there condition in the pics. Maybe check some VW or golf forums that have a buy\sell section is probably your best bet or keep checking ebay for time to time for a bargain

You can make any seats fit with a bit of persuasion.

But the short answer is no, Airbag i believe comes with 4 wires on MK5/6 based platform cars and the fixings are way different...
