Looking to fit a boost gauge to my FR tdi I've searched around but haven't found a definitive answer where to tap into the intercooler piping and how ??? Any help would be appreciated !!

Shep.

Just read through your RR nice car ! When you mounted the gauge in the vent how did you cut the hole for the gauge ? also do you have a connector that stops the buzz ?

Much appreciated

cheers matey

I used a dremel to cut the hole out for the gauge ..then plugged the airvent hole behind..

not sure what you meen by a buzz?

that's a bleed screw..and I think they are like an m5 thread..so hard to get a nut for..

for the sake of a few quid more buy the proper thing mate..or you'll have a boost leak

Just realised the hose fitting is inserted through the pipe looks like a good piece of kit ! Can't wait for payday !!!

Sent from my iPhone

got one of those coming as we speak,so will report back if it does anything.

I didnt use a drill..i used a Phillips screwdriver to puncture a hole in as I didn't want a drill ripping the silicone apart....and because its flexable you can push the adapter through the hole and get a nice snug fit
