When I bought my Leon, it had a remap on it. It was only discovered a couple months later by the car dealer I purchased it from. Apparently it was corrupted and they put the stock map on.
I'm just thinking, if the dealer sold me the car with the remap on it, then took it off, shouldn't they put another remap on free of charge? (...and without affecting the warranty) Because I believe that if I test drove the car with the remap on, then they take it off after I buy the car, they have mis-represented it as the engine's performance was one of the key selling points of the car...
