its a piece of piss, ull need a t25 to undo the undercover and then a 19mm spanner.
some castrol edge 5-30 fully synth and a filter.
drop the under cover, drop the oil out(undo the cap on top of the engine), give it a minute to drain fully(made a cup of tea at that point), put a new sump nut in it, do it up,(IIRC its 30nm). then change the filter,
this is the only tricky bit, i undid it slightly and then wrapped it in a plastic bag so no oil would drip out, then just hand tighted the new one on, and then top the oil up
sorted all in takes 20mins.
