Remanufactured turbo..?

Hi guys anyone know anywhere in the uk that are good for remanufactured turbos...? Iv got TDI fr and turbos just blown just wondered if anyone has used anywhere they can deffo end doesn't really matter where in uk..?

You will honestly be better off with a new genuine Garrett turbo than a re-con as they are never set-up correctly and are all built with cheap pattern parts

Yes just found a garrett OEM for about £460 plus vat which surely is the way to go rather than a remanufactured one...!

"TURBOCENTREUK" mate brand new garrett exchange with all gaskets and seals etc £450 plus vat including next day delivery aswell

Surely you will need the same to exchange though or is that for exchanging your existing turbo

Not sure what you mean mate! That's replacing the existing turbo that's gone bang mate brand new one just got to send my blown one back...!!

Ahh ok pal! No just replacing it for the same model that's on there save having it remapped to the new different turbo! Great price though for brand new garret I thought!
