You must be looking at LSD, Firad 80/100% injectors, larger bore exhaust and beefier clutch? This is what put me off going bigger than GTB1756VK

I've got a stage 3 paddle clutch at the min but I'm upgrading to a dual friction paddle clutch then as you say injectors and fitting the LSD in my fabia long ratio gearbox

I won't be able to run the seat sport intercooler properly as the intake housing is facing the opposite way :/

Get a Passat TDI inlet manifold. It faces the other way round. Then turn your intercooler the other way

It's the chatter that put me off at first but I no dmf pack in and the power I'm going for will rip it to pieces

Same, mines a daily driver with an average of 500-600miles a week with stop start traffic lol

Finally got her home for a trial fit need to adjust the actuator and get it set up 100% then let the gtb2260vklr project begin

How are you implementing the water cooling? Must be a complex setup!

It can be blanked and run without water cooling. I am going to run it without for now to run it in then look into it at a later date

Cool, will that effect the overall running? Those ball bearings will be getting pretty hot!
