Awww shucks!! That captain better not have broken down!! Mind you, this vessel trackings not what it's cracked up to be-just checked Mostaganem port where he's supposed to be heading & there's nothing on there indicating that he is due to dock there at all.....just have to remain patient!!
Received a phone call yesterday from the dealers telling me my Cupra is built and waiting at the docks in Barcelona for the next boat to England. I was originally told build week 19 which is this week so its a week early. He also said that the early orders seem to be about a week early but Seat are now quoting 15 weeks for delivery. Checked boat movements and the next one in is the LA Suprise due in on Monday and this usually sails to England. Should have it for the next Bank Holiday

Your dealer sounds great. Radio silence from mine though I'm assuming our car is built by now given previous email saying confirmed wk 18 build date. Hopefully our car will be on Mondays boat too, though I thought it was L'Audace not LA Surprise which was due to depart Barcelona on 5th May?

Actually not sure which boat. Just been on a web site for shipping arrivals at ports and there are 3 car carriers arriving in Barelona on the 5th but none of them are from the usually shipping line that carry Seat cars and Tyne docks are reporting the Galacia which is a sister ship to Laudace landing on the 5th.
Very confusing. Just need to wait until my dealers can tell me the ship so I can track it.

And put Tyne (or Sheerness/Rochester) in the destination, the only boat which shows up is L'Audace due to depart 8pm Monday. So, I think it is safe to assume this is the next boat. It is currently sat off the Algerian coast and has been for the past couple of days.
I feel like I should be wearing an anorak and mumbling "milky, milky"! My wife keeps telling me to get a grip.

Thanks. Didn`t find that one. I know what you mean about the anorak. I have the same comments from my misses. The cars not even mine, I only get to use it when she lets me.
Well, L'Audace should be docked in Barcelona by now but if the tracking sites are accurate it is many miles away docked in Mostagamem. Boo :-(

I get the feeling I might be like that too!! Ordered my 1.4 FR on 4 April and quoted Early June for delivery which seems to be taking ages to come.
Plus just to annoy me my brother decided he wanted a Leon to replace his Ibiza so got a stock 1.2 SE and picked it up 3 days later.

Dealer confirmed our car is sat on the dock in Barcelona. L'Audace is heading towards the port, due in at 2am tomorrow morning. Scheduled for departure at 2pm tomorrow afternoon.
I really hope our car is on the boat, but the dealer could not confirm.

Don't have an order number. Will just contact the dealer again after the boat departs. Hopefully he will be able to tell if the car is on there.

I wouldn't bother with the dealer. Just ring Seat Customer Care. I rang without an order number, it took them 5 minutes to find it and ring me back with all the details, build week, etc. The dealer still maintains that he knows nothing

What build week were you? I've not heard that boat mentioned on here before and it looks like it's currently in Morocco, having been to Turkey and Greece before that. Can't see anywhere in the last ports suggesting it has been to Barcelona recently?
