Right guys

I've searched on here but can't seem to find much.

Is there anyone on here running a SHARK stage 2 map or other stages on a Cupra?

I've had a mk2 FR tdi running sharks stage 2 map before I bought the cupra. I'm from sheffield so I have Statller on my doorstep who can do me Revo or GIAC maps so that's another option.

I was well happy with my previous shark mapped car so I also though of getting these to map my cupra.

There $hit hot with the VAG Tdi's etc, what about the petrol turbo vag lumps???

I can't seem to find any build threads with owners running there maps.

They are also pretty local to me as well which is always a good thing.

I'm not far from you and was considering Revo done in Sheff but APR had a deal on and also they don't charge for upgrades so the choice for me was easy, quick trip to Awesome GTI and that was that.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I understand what some people are saying with regards to paying the extra £££'s for the like of APR/revo maps etc...... I'll gladly do that as I want the best map possible for my car.

I just wanted to hear of people's view's who have shark stage 2 maps on mk2 Cupras

I spoke with Awesome GTI regarding there maps when I ordered some bits the other day, they told me I'd be looking at £600 (iirc) for there maps

All this mapping stuff with VAG cars is new to me..... I used to be a die hard Honda type R nut who used TDI north for mapping....

Like I say my shark mapped fr tdi was bang on. (Done by previous owner).... I don't think I'll be using them to map my cupra though as there doesn't seem to be many using there maps.

So the obvious choice now is probably Statller in Sheffield (20 mins from my house if that) .... Now do I go for there Revo or GIAC software.

If you've decided on either of those two then I'd say flip a coin.

You won't be disappointed with either if reviews from people on here are anything to go by.

I like your thinking mate.

REVO's software/maps are probably the most well known out if the 2, but then again I've never heard a bad word about either.

I'm booked in for my 3" turbo back zaust on the 23rd, so the Friday after is when I'm wanting the map to be done.

I need to hurry up and decide so I can book in, knowing my luck there'll be a couple of months waiting list as Stattler.
