My Lima Green Leon SE

Hi all,

Finally picked up my Lima Green Leon SE 1.6TDi Dsg 5dr today, loving it so much better than the Vauxhall mervia I had.

Just need to find somebody with a VCDS around Rochdale so I can unlock a few thing's..

Hi mate, The mirror reverse drop, not sure what else would work on the SE really.

I think we need to form a sub division for just SE's because I see MK3's all the time but they are always FR's and I've got an SE.

Had a great drive to alton towers took my boy's mainly for Cbeebies land they loved it. Best drive I've had in a long time, did 150 mile round trip and got about 60mpg. Put £30 in when picked it up yest done 194 mile including todays trip and used less than quarter of tank it's great.

Only thing is got to go back dealer's tomorrow afternoon as got a problem with the light on the sun visor and not sure why.

Hi I have the SE as well and the nearside mirror drops on mine. There is a post on the forum how to set them , put it in the search bar and it should come up.

I just bought a alor blue leon 1.8 FR on a 2013 plate from the same dealer. I pick it up next weekend.

Going to be a long long week.

Only thing is got to go back dealer's tomorrow afternoon as got a problem with the light on the sun visor and not sure why.

Had this on mine from day 1, turned out to be a wiring connector not pushed home properly and a blown bulb.

As for vcds tweaks on an SE I done the following (will depend on spec):

Shown fan speed light on Auto for climate control
Dipping passenger mirror
Alarm chirps
Cornering fogs + reverse fogs
Front & rear wiper comfort wipe
Frequency of headlight washers

Little update,

Been on the best drive I've had to cornwall in a car. The Leon is really comfy and great on Diesel to boot. Did 858 miles altogether on around £70.

Just needs a good detail at the weekend to clean off the fly graveyard on the front lol

Don't sure yet, as never fulled it before doing this trip. but I would guess around 500 to 600 miles maybe. have to full it and report back lol

Hard to say which of those two colours is best. Both really nice.

The most I've ever got is 560 miles. I normally get about 500-540

getting around 550 from a tank on the 1.2 TSi manual

I usually get about 430 and average 43 mpg, do a fair bit of town driving though, also a 1.2 tsi
