Universal intercooler

i saw a few guys here that upgrated the intercooler..but it still seems a bit small to me..
the oem cooler is so small that any cooler out there is an upgrad for it, but i think it has more room to it..
any one knows the size that you can go with the the bigger coller ? or the size of the original ? wanted to order one but realy dont know if it will fit .

forgot to say except turboboys.. i think every one here saw it..as i said,stil looks like a small cooler

The one you have linked to is smaller than many have fitted using turboboys guide.

Your link shows
2.5" ports - the Ibiza needs 2.25"
6.25" ( 159mm ) tall - many of us have the 180mm tall one fitted
18" long core ( 457mm ) - the ones we are fitting are 550 mm long
3.5" ( 89mm ) thick - this will be too wide - you need something around 65mm to fit


If you read the continuation of turboboys thread you will see someone has fitted a 280mm high cooler to an Ibiza.

all the answers you need are in that thread.

thats what i wanted to know..the size to go for i know that the langth has to be the same but the hight can go higher and thats what i ment..

yea i saw queens coller but since she bought it in a shop i guess its cost alout more then the ones on ebay.. i think i will go on the one you linked..thx mate !
