The landscape there looks awesome!
Where abouts is it?

The car also looks great out there in its element, even with the silly skewed camera angles (sorry im not a fan of the weird half-sideways shots, esp the last one :p)

Oh yes - it's amazing. I know what you mean about the angles, the last one was tough not to as there's a fence behind me and the only way to fit it all in was to angle it :( haha. No excuse for the top photo!

The roads I tend to use is Richmond to Reeth and out to Gunnerside, then back over to Hawes. Great roads and to be fair even on a Sunday isn't that busy. I got stuck behind 3 cars for about 5 miles and that was it. I saw it as an opportunity for car to cool ;)

Renewed the 280's insurance, fully comp SDP + business use for £250.07 (£200 ex) and a free meercat too.
Ours is around £300 fully comp etc, no business use though. No freebies either :( although we do live in a , ahem, 'dodgy' postcode.....

That's me with 3 points, and a hit by artic on r a bout claim too.
Kin ell that's good.we've both clean licences , no accidents in last 5 etc, she has full ncb. I don't get any because of company car. Although apparently it will go down when we get married..... I cover 50k work and the last Leon did around 15k a year. And we're (well I am) 'mature'....... ;)

bloody postcodes. mine is Stevenage area code, although we live 20 miles away in Bedfordshire countryside we still get loaded for Stevenage's reputation for car crime...which is well-deserved, admittedly.

You weren't kidding about the accelerator pad, took me the best part of 30 mins to get it completely on.

Before I buy a set, can I please ask if they offer better grip? My foot slips quite a lot if my sole is wet regardless to what I wear.

My VCDS lead arrived on Friday. So far I've disabled the stop start (bordering on dangerous on a DSG), enabled needle sweep on start up, carbon effect dash, auto fold mirrors on locking, enabled cornering fogs, enabled alarm chirps, enabled rear DRL's, and added a lap timer!

Gave it a quick clean from the midnight run I did, and changed a couple of vcds things (folding mirrors and auto fan speed)... ill do the rest later :)

At a busy junction. You see a gap & by the time you've taken your foot off the brake, the engine takes a second or two to fire up & the gap's gone.

That seems strange pal, mine starts immediately. The engine is always running by the time my foot hits the accelerator. Did you know that if you release a little of the pressure on the brake pedal just before you stop it'll keep it running anyway? That way it's ready when you are!
