Rear window heater not working

Hi guys,

Wanting a bit of help with advice on my rear heated window that is not working, This has never worked since I have got the car but now am looking to get this sorted.

None of the elements are working at all on this however the light on the dash is does light up when the button is pressed, Also when pressing the button I can hear a light clicking noise at the right hand side of the dash (where i believe the fuse box is) and wondered if that is normal or if that would indicate its maybe something as simple as the fuse that needs replacing what I will try tomorrow if I haven't heard anything else from you guys

I would check your fuses as a first port of call or check the wiring around the tailgate.

Other than that I would advise having a scan on VCDS.

Mine clicks when pressing the button.

Thanks for the reply Dan, I have just changed the fuse so will see next time I am misted up if it works,

Unfortunately I don;t know anyone with VCDS
