Are these spark plugs giving me a bad symptom?

Took a spark plug out and there seemed to be a small bit of oil around it and the top was dark black, someone telling me it’s my piston and others saying it’s over fuelling, I have got a stage 1 map and I got a catback after the remap, can someone tell me by looking at the image, the oil was golden but not a lot of it.

The only time I've seen oil around the threads like that is when there has been oil around the plug before taking it out and as the plug is removed the oil flows onto the threads, the centre electrode colour looks ok in the picture.

I agree with Walone. The oil seals around the plug holes are leaking.
