DTUK FSR+ fitting instructions 1.4TSI 150

Hi,

I have just purchased a 2017 Seat Leon 1.4 TSI 150 ACT which came with a DTUK FSR+ tuning box (CRD14-System/10553534) which the owner had bought but lost the fitting instructions before fitting it to the car!!!!

I have contacted DTUK to see if they would email fitting instructions, but as they class the box as second hand they refused to help. These things are quite easy to fit normally, this one only has three double wires with six plugs.

Plug 1 labelled (Boost sensor) and plug 2 labelled (Boost sensor) have identical plugs so could in theory be plugged into the wrong boost sensor. Plug 3 is labelled (Camshaft sensor) can only be plugged into the one sensor.

Has anybody fitted one of these or has the fitting instructions to hand, I just need to know if plug 1 Boost sensor connects to the boost controller on the inlet trucking (top front right of engine) or the other boost sensor. Normally you cannot confuse the connections due to differing designs, but in this case they are identical and so could be wrongly attached. I can figure out how to program/adjust the unit from online videos when fitted.

I'm looking forward to a reputed 185bhp which will be nice.

Paulo1221 This is basically what the instruction manual looks like. If this is no good, let me know and I'll see if I can fish out my manual, I'll photocopy them and post them?

Bedlam and davidstarkey11 thanks to you both, absolute stars...……… The instructions you both supplied are not for the unit I have, but they do give me an idea of which turbo boost sensor is which. My unit DTUK FSR+ does not have a positive and negative to connect to the battery, but has three leads labelled as follows.

(Green coloured) 1 Boost sensor

(purple coloured) 2 Boost sensor

(orange coloured) 3Camshaft sensor

These are the only three leads in the harness that plugs onto the unit, each lead having two plugs. From the instructions you gave, I can make an assumption as to which turbo boost sensor is which, boost sensor A is my green number 1 cable, boost sensor B is my purple cable, unless anybody else has the exact instructions for my unit, I will give this a go.
